Cloidhna (pronounced klee-na) is a Celtic Goddess and she is most closely associated with joy, harmony, & flowing with the ups & downs of life.

She is a goddess of the sea & feminine beauty, & her energy sits at the crossroads of the wild & the serene. She knows the chaos of the waves but also the stillness that lies beneath them - just like life sometimes. She is also symbolized by 3 birds - you’ll find them tucked in among this month’s mailing.

The mantra that came to me as I worked with her for this month’s mailing was “My calm is within me”.
